When a heart stops, your hands can keep life going.
CPR is one of the simplest and most powerful life-saving skills you can learn.
At Inhoa LIFE, we focus on building calm confidence so you feel ready to act when it matters most.
Knowing CPR can mean the difference between life and death. When a person’s heart stops beating, immediate action is critical. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) helps maintain blood flow to the brain and vital organs until professional medical help arrives. At Inhoa LIFE, our CPR training focuses on building calm, practical confidence so that if the moment ever comes, you feel ready to step forward and help.
Our HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course teaches the essential skills needed to recognise cardiac arrest, respond to an unconscious person, perform effective chest compressions, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Training follows current Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and includes hands-on practice so participants can develop confidence through repetition and supportive coaching.
Courses are suitable for individuals, workplaces, community groups, parents, carers, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared in an emergency. Public courses are available regularly, and private sessions can be arranged for workplaces, community groups or families. We are also happy to deliver CPR training in regional and country areas across Western Australia on request.
At Inhoa LIFE, our approach is simple: focus on the person, not the panic. When you know the steps and practise them in a supportive environment, fear fades and confidence grows.
